About this programme
A note-taking and project tool already widely used in Vietnam, especially among students and office workers. The advantage is large: you never have to explain what it is.
That popularity is also the problem: the free tier is enough for most individuals. Commission comes from team plans, so the content that works speaks to whoever decides for a team — project leads, operations — rather than to solo users.
It fits content about working processes more than tool tips.
