Payoneer is not where you earn but where you RECEIVE — and from Vietnam that is usually the first obstacle, not the last.
Many international programmes in this directory pay only through PayPal or Payoneer. Open the account before joining programmes and you can withdraw as soon as you hit the threshold; leave it until then and the money waits weeks longer.
Payoneer itself has a referral programme: when your referral receives a minimum amount, you both get a bonus. It fits content aimed at people starting to work with overseas clients.
